1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Perishable/food items are non-returnable once opened unless defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method via Razorpay.
4. Replacement
In cases of wrong or damaged products, we offer free replacement. Replacement delivery takes 5-7 business days.
5. Non-Refundable
Orders cancelled after dispatch, opened pickle jars (unless defective), and incorrect addresses provided by customers are non-refundable.
