- Depending on stock availability, we typically dispatch shipments on the same day or the next business day.
- For your convenience, orders are shipped and delivered 7 days a week.
SECTION 2 - SHIPPING COSTS
We strive to keep our shipping simple and affordable.
- A standard delivery charge of ₹60 is applied once per order (regardless of how many products you order). If your order contains 3 or more products, delivery is completely FREE 🎉.
SECTION 3 - SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Transparency is important to us.
- As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a Confirmation Email containing a direct link to track your package.
- Alternatively, you can track your order at any time by visiting our Tracking Page and entering your Phone Number and Order ID.
SECTION 4 - DAMAGES & REPLACEMENTS
At PK SWAD, we take full responsibility for ensuring a safe and premium delivery experience.
- Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged carton or broken jars, please take a clear photograph of the damage and contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email at p.kswadsupport@gmail.com.
- Resolution: We will promptly arrange and send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
- Note: You are not required to return the damaged items; you are free to dispose of or use the remaining product as you see fit.
